You’re familiar with fresh, sweet strawberries for dessert, but did you know they pair nicely with savory dishes? Here are two versions of strawberry salsa. Either would make a colorful relish at a summer barbecue. The strawberry-jalapeno salsa goes well with grilled chicken or fish, or use as a dip with plantain chips. Serve the strawberry-balsamic-sage salsa as a summer substitute for cranberry sauce alongside grilled sage-and-garlic rubbed turkey thighs.

Thank you, Amy, for featuring my strawberry salsas!
These sound delicious! Especially the salsa, with plantain chips. 😉
Thank you, Miachel!! I did find packaged plantain chips, Inka brand, but my husband can’t tolerate them, so I’m now on a quest to make my own. 🙂
