Strawberry-Balsamic-Sage Salsa

Serves: 6
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or garlic chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, leaves and small stems
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, stirring gently just before serving.
- Best served the same day.
