Ingredients
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or garlic chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, leaves and small stems
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss to coat.
  2. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, stirring gently just before serving.
  3. Best served the same day.
