4 ounces water and 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder OR 4 ounces (1/2 cup) vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Place strawberries, banana, and water or yogurt in blender. Blend until combined, stopping and rearranging ingredients with a rubber spatula if necessary.
Add kale a leaf or two at a time, then protein powder, if using. Puree, then add ice and puree until smooth. Drink immediately.
