4 cups shredded cabbage plus 1/2 cup shredded carrot OR 1 bag coleslaw mix (about 16 ounces)
Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, coconut sugar, vinegar, cream or coconut cream, and salt. Mix well with fork or whisk. Add cabbage and carrot or coleslaw mix. Toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours and up to 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
