Cucumber-Rosemary Infused Water

- 1/2 washed and thinly sliced cucumber (no need to peel)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, rinsed, or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary in a mesh tea ball
- Filtered water
- Place cucumber slices and fresh or dried rosemary in a 1-quart container.
- Fill with filtered water and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Strain into a drinking glass or water bottle.
